What payment methods do you accept?

Our website uses Paymongo as our payment gateway. We accept credit card, GCash, Maya, etc.

Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping and delivery cost?

Shipping fee varies depending on the number of items and value of your order.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:

Shipping Address Delivery Time
Metro Manila 2-3 business days
Outside Metro Manila 5-10 business days*

*Business days include Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays.

 

How do I track an order?

Once your item/s has been picked up by one of our courier partners you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can visit the courier’s page to see the status of your delivery.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at tsmsales@tsmsales.com.ph or call us at 0917-8918295 and 0908-8994380 (Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm) Order cancelation request should be within 24 hours.

 

What if I am not home to receive my items?

The courier will attempt to deliver your items a maximum of 3 times. After the 3rd attempt, the items will be returned to us. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release your items to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

  •  Valid ID of authorized recipient
  • Valid ID of customer who placed the order
  • Signed authorization letter

These are only required for prepaid orders. If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we will release your order as long as the entire collection amount is provided.

 

What if I don’t have cash to pay upon delivery?

You can inform the courier to come back within 7 days of the first attempt. The courier will only give you your items once you have the cash available. After this 7-day holding window, your items will be returned to us.

 

What countries do you ship to? Do you offer international shipping?

We are only authorized to sell and ship in the Philippines.

Returns and Exchange

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • The item/s received is covered by warranty (replacement and/or manufacturer). Always double check product description before purchase The WARRANTY becomes void or null if the serial no./model no. of product has been tampered with or removed thus return of replacement will not be honored.
  • The item/s is found to be defective upon receipt and defect/damage is due to manufacturer’s defects
  • Item/s must be returned with the warranty card and proof of purchase and will go through thorough scrutiny and investigation before any replacement can be provided.

 

How do I return or exchange my order?

  • Email tsmsales@tsmsales.com.ph for replacement request within 7 days upon receipt of item.
  • Kindly indicate in the subject field “RETURN(with your ORDER #)” Include your name, contact #, item description, and serial #, date received, sales invoice # incident report, photos of item.
  • Wait for our support personnel to get back to you for the procedure.

 

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

We will send your replacement item/s once we’ve confirmed that the original item/s have been returned. Return processing will proceed once you send to us a copy of the waybil from a third party courier of the return item.

 

Can I return my order for the second time?

Yes, but you will shoulder the return/replacement shipping fee. We only offer free returns for the first return transactions.

 

Do you offer refunds?

At this time we do not offer refunds regardless of payment methods. If you’re unsatistfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
