What payment methods do you accept?
Our website uses Paymongo as our payment gateway. We accept credit cards, GCash, and Maya.
For other methods, like bank transfer, please see our Contact page on how to reach us—we’d be happy to help you place a custom order.
Shipping and Delivery
How is shipping and delivery calculated?
Shipping fees are based on area and the weight of your order, as these will determine the type of shipping and size of parcel used.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive according to the below schedule:

*Business days include Mondays to Saturdays, and exclude Sundays and Holidays.
How do I track an order?
Once your package has been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please visit the respective courier’s tracking page to see the status of your delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are only authorized to sell and ship within the Philippines.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
How do I cancel an order?
Order cancellations must be within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible at 0917-887-9952 (Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm), or send us an email at orders@beautyoasisph.com.
What is your return policy? Do you allow exchanges?
To ensure the newness of all products sold, we do not allow returns or exchanges.

Warranty Information
6-Month Limited Warranty
Products come with a 6-month limited warranty, starting from the purchase date, in case of manufacturing or material defects. If the product is newly purchased, we will replace the product, after investigation and testing, provided it is within 7 days of purchase.
Some products such as combs, brushes, and miscellaneous accessories, which cannot be serviced or repaired, are excluded from warranty due to their nature. For more detailed information, please see the table below.
Further, the warranty is not applicable if issues are due to:

- Misuse, careless handling, or accidents
- Excessive stress and other external influences
- Failure to follow operating instructions
- Attempts to carry out repairs independently
